6 faculty from Medicine selected for ALICE leadership development program

The School of Medicine Office for Faculty Development has announced the 2021 participants in its ALICE program, a yearlong leadership development program for mid-career women faculty in leadership roles.

The ALICE - Academic Leadership, Innovation, and Collaborative Engagement - program provides instruction in key leadership competencies and a unique peer-mentoring experience with women from across the School of Medicine. The program will kickoff in January and conclude in late October. Applications for 2022 will open in fall 2021.
