Duke AHEAD is hosting "Grant Writing for Health Professions Educators: Keys to Success" from 5-6 p.m., Thur., Aug. 28 in the Great Hall of the Trent Semans Center.
The event aims to provide educators with pearls and pointers on successful grant writing. The hour-long interactive session will feature a series of mini-presentations by experts in grant writing, management and funding. Attendees will then have an opportunity to ask questions in small group discussions. Representatives and awardees from specific funding opportunities, including Duke AHEAD, GME Innovations, Health Resources and Services Administration (HRSA) and the Veteran’s Administration (VA), will be on hand to answer questions as well.
