Applications for Free NLM Biomedical Informatics Course Due Dec. 15

[caption id="attachment_1842" align="alignright" width="300"]GRU image Brasstown Valley, the site of the 2015 course.[/caption] Applications are now open for the National Library of Medicine's (NLM) Georgia Biomedical Informatics Course, to be held in the spring and fall of 2015 at Georgia Regents University. The course, which will be held April 12-18 and September 27-October 3, will offer participants a week-long immersive experience in biomedical informatics as well as continuing education to health care professionals interested in the application of computer technologies to medicine. Applications are due December 15. All costs for the course including travel, housing, and per diem are supported by NLM. Biomedical administrators, faculty and others who can become change agents for their institutions are strongly encouraged to apply. Read more about the program.
