Building on Tradition - Alumni Report 2017

The Department of Medicine has produced an alumni report, with highlights from our faculty and current and recent trainees, to be sent to our alumni. Building on Tradition is in the mail now to our former trainees.

Since the late 1930s, Duke has trained more than 3,000 physicians in our Internal Medicine Residency Program and fellowship and advance training programs.

The report includes a message from Mary Klotman, MD, former chair and current dean of the Duke School of Medicine, along with highlights from our training programs, notes about clinical care activities, and a research profile of Gowthami Arepally, MD, associate professor of medicine (Hematology).

This publication reflects a new design framework created for the Department of Medicine by Thinkso Creative. The Department will continue to use this framework for This Week in Medicine, an e-newsletter with regular updates on news, events, funding opportunities, and more, and other publications and materials.
