Dr. Molly Conroy, Chief of the Division of General Internal Medicine at the University of Utah Health, will be visiting Duke at the end of August. We're delighted for her to learn more about our Division, Department, and School. During her visit she will also be giving two presentations (see below).

More About Dr. Conroy

Dr. Conroy is a practicing primary care physician and clinician researcher.  She has expertise in clinical trials and designing and delivering lifestyle and physical activity interventions in a variety of settings, with a focus on the primary care setting. Dr. Conroy is also committed to clinical research education, with an emphasis on programs to increase the diversity of our biomedical science community. At the University of Utah, she serves as the co-director/co-PI of the Utah Stimulating Access to Research during Residency (Utah StARR) program and is also the co-director of the Utah Health Equity Leadership and mentoring (U-HELM) program. On a national level, Dr. Conroy is an elected Trustee of the American College of Sports Medicine, where she also chairs the Exercise is Medicine for Underserved and Community Health committee and sits on the Diversity Action Committee.
