You may have received a packet in the mail this week from Duke Human Resources.
Please be aware that Duke has begun a project to verify the eligibility of all dependents covered by one of Duke's four health plans to ensure compliance with plan provisions and the appropriate payment of legitimate health claims.
All employees covering dependents on Duke's health plans are required to submit verification of eligibility by Nov. 6, 2015. If eligibility is not verified, the dependents will be removed from the health plan effective Dec. 31, 2015.
