OIT will be upgrading the Duke voicemail system over the weekend of July 27-29 to consolidate all Duke users onto one platform. After the upgrade, all new voicemail messages will be saved on the new system. All university and health system users can retrieve new voicemail remotely by dialing 613-MAIL (6245). Learn more here.
