Attention GIMers: It's that time of year again to get your flu vaccination. Employees required to be vaccinated must be compliant by 12:01 a.m. on November 1, 2017. You may request a medical or religious exemption from vaccination. Exemption forms and instructions for completing the forms are available here .
All GIM faculty please email Program Director, Megan Churchill, when you have recieved your flu shot.
