Gray's comic in the LA Times

Palliative Care physician and professional cartoonist Nathan Gray, MD just had his work featured in the LA TImes! This Op-Ed he created was in collaboration with a prior Radiation-Oncology fellow about her story of financial toxicity from Cancer Care. This powerful story discusses how a young widow, who is now an oncologist, struggled with grief and medical debt when she lost her husband to cancer

The story is entitled, "In med school, a mission found me. But it will never be just a job — cancer and grief brought me to it". Read the full article and view the wonderful illustrations on the LA Times' website here
