The members of the Association of Professors in Medicine (APM) have elected Mary Klotman, MD, professor of medicine (Infectious Diseases) and chair of the Department of Medicine, as president-elect, beginning July 1, 2015.
Dr. Klotman will serve one year as president-elect, one year as president, and one year as past president.
APM is the organization of departments of internal medicine represented by chairs and appointed leaders at medical schools and affiliated teaching hospitals in the United States and Canada.
