Schedule of Wave 2 Personalization Labs Now Available
Personalization labs are open classroom times when providers can receive support and assistance from the Maestro Care training staff, including help personalizing SmartPhrases, Macros, and Preference list. It is highly recommended that all providers attend one personalization lab prior to go-live.
