We are pleased to announce two faculty promotions to Assistant Professor in the division of general internal medicine, effective February 1, 2018:
- Antonio Lozano, MD - Hospital Medicine, Durham VA
Dr. Lozano completed his Internal Medicine Residency at Duke in July 2015 and stepped into the hospitalist role at the Durham VA where he has been ever since. - Jennifer St. Clair Russell, PhD - DGIM Researcher
Dr. St. Clair Russell joined the Duke GIM division in September of 2016. Her main research interests are patient/provider communication, specifically regarding treatment options, including conservative management in renal failure.
