Congratulations to two general internal medicine faculty members who are recipients of recent research funding.
Dr. L. Ebony Boulware has received two awards from the National Institutes of Health:
- The first project is entitled "Health system outreach to eliminate disparities in living kidney transplants." Total funding will be $5,926,967.
- The second project is entitled "Stress, Coping and Asthma in Black Adults." Total funding will be $422,465.
Rowena Dolor has received a sub-award through the DCRI-Duke-Site for a project entitled "ACTIV-6: COVID-19 Outpatient Randomized Trial to Evaluate Efficacy of Repurposed Medications." Total funding has yet to be determined.
