OnCore, Duke’s new clinical research management system, is scheduled to go live May 21, 2018.
All those with job duties that require access to OnCore must complete designated training for your functional role before you can use OnCore; the OnCore Basic Navigation Module is required for all roles. Training takes approximately 20 minutes. Employees who have duties with multiple functional roles must also complete training for the additional roles (for example a CRC who also functions as a Regulatory Coordinator must complete training for both roles).
This functional training will become available on April 9.

- Research View Only (CRA)
- Clinical Research Coordinator (CRC)
- Regulatory Coordinator (RC)
- Financial Staff (FPM, Financial Analyst)
- Principal Investigator (PI)
- CRU Leadership (ARPM, RPM, CRU Director)
- Administrative Leadership (Deans, Associate Deans, Department, Centers and Institute Chairs, Business Managers)
