Congratulations to Leah Zullig, PhD, MPH, and Matt Crowley, MD, on their VA Career Development Awards.
Dr. Zullig and Dr. Crowley were among seven investigators nationally who received VA HSR&D CDAs, from a pool of 37 applicants from 19 VA Medical Centers.
Zullig's project is titled "Colorectal Cancer Survivorship Care in the Veterans Affairs Healthcare System." She is a research associate with the Center for Health Services Research in Primary Care at the Durham VA.
Crowley's project is titled "Tailored, eHealth-based Management for Persistent Poorly-Controlled Diabetes." He is an assistant professor of medicine (Endrocrinology, Metabolism and Nutrition), Core Investigator with the Durham VA Center of Innovation, and current fellow in the Department's Faculty Development Academy.
