By University's 2015 Faculty Survey: draft summary of key findings available

At its meeting this Thursday, the Academic Council of Duke University will discuss the preliminary report of the results of the 2015 Faculty Satisfaction Survey.

The 2015 Faculty Survey was administered to all regular rank faculty at Duke University between December 11, 2014 and February 10, 2015.

"We appreciate all those faculty – 65% of the non‐clinical faculty, 48% clinical, overall 56% – who responded to the survey," said the authors of the summary report, Sally Kornbluth, PhD, provost; Nancy B. Allen, MD, vice provost for faculty diversity and faculty development; and David Jamieson‐Drake, director of institutional research.
