DGIM is proud to welcome two new members to the division.
FACULTY
Emily Ko, MD, PhD (pictured left), joined our division as a regular rank faculty member in March with the title of Medical Instructor. She has been a hospitalist at Duke Regional since 2012. Dr. Ko received her MD and PhD degrees from Stanford in 2006. Already Dr. Ko is co-author of two papers at Duke reflecting her research interest in molecular diagnostics in infectious diseases.
STAFF
Elizabeth Quesada (pictured right), is the Program Coordinator for the Residency Professional Development Coaching Program in the Division of General Internal Medicine, led by Dr. Karen Steinhauser. Elizabeth comes to us from the University of Connecticut where she received her B.A. in Human Development & Family Studies with a minor in Women, Gender, and Sexuality Studies.
