Zullig’s and Gierisch’s applications were chosen from submissions from more than 13 different School of Medicine departments, as well as the School of Nursing, College of Arts & Sciences, and the School of Engineering. “I am very proud to see our faculty members selected as standing out among the finest scholars at Duke,” said Ebony Boulware, MD, chief of the division of General Internal Medicine. The Duke University School of Medicine 2015 LEADER program is an interactive learning program designed to equip junior faculty researchers with the knowledge and professional competencies to effectively lead dynamic scientific research enterprises. The 2015 program will be held from February 24-26 at the Durham Convention Center. Tuition for faculty with a primary appointment in the School of Medicine will be covered by the Dean's office.
