What are your career goals? My career goal is to pursue a career as a clinical educator, contributing to the development and training of future generations of healthcare professionals. I aim to develop expertise in transplant infectious diseases and provide high-quality, patient-centered care to immunocompromised patients. I also hope to contribute to clinical initiatives that broaden equitable access to organ transplantation and improve access for underserved patient populations.

What are your research or academic areas? My research interests focus on infectious diseases in the immunocompromised host, particularly transplant infectious diseases and improving outcomes following solid organ transplantation. I am interested in research that addresses barriers to organ transplantation and broadens access to transplantation for patients who may otherwise have limited opportunities. I also have a strong interest in clinical education, particularly developing effective approaches to training healthcare professionals in the recognition, prevention, and management of infectious diseases.

What are your interests outside of medicine? Outside of work, I enjoy staying active, especially running and playing or watching sports. I love travelling, exploring new places, and experiencing different cultures. I also enjoy spending time with friends and family and making the most of my time away from work.
