What are your career goals?

I hope to practice full-spectrum outpatient primary care as well as potentially work in a nursing home or long-term care setting.

Broad range of clinical experiences with comprehensive didactic teaching.

What are the strengths of the Duke Geriatric Fellowship program?

The relationship with the VA is invaluable. The didactic curriculum is very comprehensive – including evidence based medicine and clinical teaching workshops in addition to core geriatric topics.

Other hobbies, activities or scholarly info about yourself that you want to share?

I am a first time mom to a 2 month old. I love spending time with my family, dogs and chickens. I enjoy various crafts – crocheting, knitting, etc.
