2/28/20: Medicine Research Seminar returns with three presentations on cutting-edge data science

The Department of Medicine's Research Seminar Series returns on Friday, Feb. 28, 2020 at 12 p.m. in Duke Hospital Room 2002 with three presentations on Innovation in Cutting-Edge Data Science.

Megan Clowse, MD, MPH, will present "The power of purple sheets: Utilizing patient-reported data to advance lupus care and research."

Ann Marie Navar, MD, PhD, will present "Creating an EHR-enabled network to drive research: The DCRI-Cerner partnership."

Armando Bedoya, MD, MMCi, will present "Data Science: Where metrics and medicine meet."

The session will begin promptly at noon. Lunch will be provided, but please arrive early. 

Medicine Research Seminar Series is a monthly presentation of outstanding research in the Department of Medicine. The series is designed to foster new initiatives and collaborations among our faculty, fellows and residents.
