The School of Medicine will host a workshop on time management for researchers from 12-1:30 p.m. on Mon., Aug. 7.
The workshop will be led by Peter Ubel, MD. Dr. Ubel is a physician and behavioral scientist whose research and writing explores the mixture of rational and irrational forces that affect our health, our happiness and the way our society functions. In this program he will discuss time management, specifically how it can help School of Medicine faculty who are conducting research. Topic covered will include:
- Evaluating what projects to take on
- Focusing your research interests
- Reading and writing strategies
