The Department of Medicine is seeking candidates for the position of Associate Chair, Minority Recruitment & Retention Committee (MRRC).
The primary role for this position is to provide leadership, vision, development and implementation for minority alumni affairs, including leadership of the MRRC-sponsored minority alumni association. The MRRC Minority Alumni Association strives to foster and increase meaningful connections with growing numbers of MRRC alumni.
The selected individual will join the collaborative MRRC team within the Department's Office of Faculty Development and Diversity.
She/he will report to Dr. Kimberley Evans, Associate Vice Chair for Diversity, and Chair for MRRC, and will collaborate with Dr. Evans and the rest of the DoM Diversity team. A small stipend will be provided.

Applicants must be a faculty member in the Department of Medicine.
