Meet your chief resident: Aparna Swaminathan, MD
Aparna Swaminathan, MD, is the 2016-17 chief resident for ambulatory medicine and Duke Regional Hospital. Dr. Swaminathan oversees the ambulatory medicine rotations for the Duke Internal Medicine Residency Program. This year, she says, the number of ambulatory rotations have increased and with that Swaminathan has worked to expand clinic opportunities and create various curriculums to enhance learning opportunities.
