The PCCM division offers interactive clinical and research conferences every day of the week and fellows have dedicated protected didactic time for core learning conferences. Fellows take an active role in their education by presenting cases at division conferences, journal clubs, and M&M.
Core didactic series include hands-on POCUS workshops and "high acuity low occurrence" procedural simulation. This complements opportunities to discuss ventilator physiology at the bedside, review chest CTs in the thoracic radiology reading room, and join multidisciplinary ECMO simulations.
