Keynote Speaker

The 2026 keynote speaker will be announced soon. Past speakers have included nationally recognized leaders in translational and clinical research.

Join Us

Members of the Duke Department of Medicine are invited to submit abstracts highlighting innovative research across all areas of biomedical, clinical, translational, and population health science.

Who Can Submit

Abstracts may be submitted by faculty, fellows, residents, graduate students, medical students, and undergraduate students within the Department of Medicine. The presenting author must be the first author.

What You Can Submit

All research approaches are welcome. While recent work is preferred, abstracts do not need to be previously unpresented.

Share your work, receive feedback, compete for presentation opportunities, and increase the visibility of your research within the DOM community.

Submission Deadline

Abstracts are due by 5:00 p.m. on Friday, September 4, 2026.

Registration is open to all faculty, trainees, students, and staff who plan to attend DOM Research Day. Early registration helps us prepare materials, seating, and refreshments for all participants.
