Members of the DoM Faculty Development Academy in the Clinician-Teacher Branch are faculty who primarily provide patient care and clinical training to medical students, residents, and fellows.
In this branch, they will work with master clinician-teachers to hone clinical and teaching skills, chart an individualized career development path, establish mentorship, and navigate the clinician-teacher faculty role.
This branch is distinct from the Education-Scholar branch, the members of which are developing careers in education research.
