Members of the DoM Faculty Development Academy in the Clincal/Health Sciences Research Branch work with faculty of the academy to develop and implement an individualized faculty development plan and a core curriculum that will help you achieve your career goals in clinical and health sciences research.
Specific goals of the committee include helping the members with scientific writing skills, grantsmanship, presentation skills, transition to academic independence, project and personnel management, effort negotiation as well as promotion and tenure.
