We are pleased to announce two faculty promotions to Assistant Professor in the Division of General Internal Medicine, effective August 1, 2020.

The Duke Internal Medicine Residency Program has renamed one of its weekly noon conferences, Chair's Conference, to honor Harvey Jay Cohen, MD, Walter Kempner Distinguished Professor in the School of Medicine and former Chair of the Department of Medicine.

Because of Dr. Webb’s strengths as a clinical leader, his expertise in integrating psychiatry and palliative medicine, his mentorship and teaching abilities, and his scientific leadership in the Duke community and nationally, this promotion comes as no surprise.
