The Duke Division of Hematology has announced that David Ginsburg, MD, will deliver the 2017 William H. Kane Hematology Lecture on Fri., Oct. 13, 2017 during Medicine Grand Rounds.

Anna Mae Diehl, MD, will present Wonder: A Physician Scientist's Journey, about her path to discovery of a novel regulatory mechanism that controls adult liver repairm, at the Department's Research Seminar Series on Friday, May 26, 2017 in Duke Hospital Room 2002.

Two recent publications in the JAMA Network for DGIM; A JAMA Viewpoint article with Dr. Kevin Schulman and an original investigation in JAMA Surgery including author Dr. Peter Ubel. 

Registration is now open for the School of Medicine's Path to Independence and K Club grant writing programs, preparing investigators for an October 2017 NIH deadline.  Applications for both programs are due Wed., June 7, 2017.
