George and LeBlanc named fellows of the American Society of Clinical Oncology
Thomas Leblanc, MD, MA, MHS, FAAHPM, and Daniel George, MD, have been named Fellows of the American Society of Clinical Oncology (FASCO), ASCO announced last week in a press release introducing the 2021 FASCO class and presenting other special awards.

The Feb. 16, 2021 session of Duke Medicine LEADS featured a discussion led by Yolanda Guzman, MD; Matthew Harbrecht, MD; and Jonathan Komisar, MD, "71-year-old male with dizziness, nausea, and difficulty walking."

Call for applications: Duke UNC-Chapel Hill Immunotherapy Training Grant
The Duke UNC-Chapel Hill Immunotherapy Training Grant (DUNC-IMTG) is accepting applications for the 2020-2021 admission cycle. DUNC-IMTG is a combined training program from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and Duke University that will focus on training individuals in translational and/or clinical research focusing on tumor immunology and cellular immunotherapy. Applications are due June 15, 2020.
