The Inflammatory Bowel Disease Clinic (IBD Clinic) offers state-of-the-art diagnostic and therapeutic options for patients with Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis.  We offer clinic consultation and management, treatment in our infusion center, and endoscopic evaluation and surveillance by experienced faculty recognized for their expertise in this field.  Also available is access to clinical research studies of new treatments.

The IBD Clinic uses a multidisciplinary approach for patients with complicated inflammatory bowel disease, working closely with colleagues from Duke colorectal surgery, radiology, and pathology services.
