The Anorectal Program at Duke Gastroenterology offers comprehensive care for patients with anorectal disorders, including pelvic floor dyssynergia, outlet constipation, fecal incontinence, rectal prolapse, and hemorrhoids. State-of-the-art technology including high-resolution anorectal manometry is available for evaluation, and specialized management options include dedicated pelvic floor biofeedback and hemorrhoidal banding. Our multidisciplinary team includes gastroenterologists, surgeons, pelvic floor physical therapists, and radiologists.
