Foundation Funding Panel Discussion on August 5
An expert panel will lead a discussion on how to search and apply for funding and general success rates on Tuesday, August 5, from 2 p.m. to 3 p.m. in Classroom 4 of the Trent Semans Learning Center.
Panelists include Nancy Bernstein, executive director, Foundation Relations and Corporate Giving; Anita Shirley, associate director of foundation relations; and Dr. Farshi Guilak, vice-chair of Orthopedic Surgery, director of Orthopedic Research. Next Cycle of Bridge Funding Announced
The School of Medicine has announced the next cycle of the School of Medicine Bridge Funding program. This program funds investigators who have had a lapse in R01- or P01-level support. Eligible investigators may receive up to $100,000 per lapsed R01 grant or up to $200,000 per lapsed P01-grant. The next application deadline is Friday, August 15.
