This week, the Department of Medicine kicks off its search for a Chief of the Division of Cardiology.
Cardiology, with 114 regular rank faculty members, is the largest of our divisions. It drives a substantial portion of the health system's revenues, trains residents and fellows who go onto successful careers in heart care, and stands as a renowned leader in cardiovascular research.

Svati Shah: genetic and molecular epidemiology of cardiovascular disease

Study: many defibrillators implanted unnecessarily
